I Can't Go To Physical Therapy.

I can t do it I can t go to Physical therapy for my pelvic floor dysfunction. I ve already gone 3 times, and the physical therapy involves the therapist going inside my vagina. And it triggers me everytime I go, and I want to talk to my other therapist about this but I am too ashamed and afraid he ll ask personal questions.
