I am a 22yo c-trauma person in recovery. I am doing very well at the minute. However, a friend sent me a photo of me from about three or four years ago (pre-crisis) and I was quite surprised by how much I d changed. I see I am a much more serious person, I just look so much more serious! Anyone have any thoughts on this?
