What do you do to blow off steam/relax?


What do you do to blow off steam/relax? So, I thought it may be interesting/a good idea to see what you guys who recognize that you have anger problems (and I m one of em) do to channel that anger into something positive (or at the very least not destructive). Exercise is a big one for most people-especially military guys-but I m curious to see what comes out. One thing I started doing is origami (you know, Japanese paper folding, making little swans and falcons or any kind of animal... What do you do to blow off steam/relax?
