Hello all, This morning I was woken up by a text from my boyfriend about how he was having new nightmares. I know how to help him when I am physically there, but I am at a loss when I am in one state and he is in another. I figured I would call him, but he was at the airport and was pretty tied up for time. Also, I figured that would not be the right time or place to have such a discussion.
