Hi, I m new. I had my first emotional flashback at 21 but went through phases where I didn t suffer with CPTSD symptoms consistently. In fact it took me until the last few years to acknowledge I had CPTSD, my husband identified I was experiencing was flashbacks years ago, but they started out as emotional flashbacks and I didn t know what they were, and didn t want to accept it.
