My depression has been coming in waves and it kicks my ass every time it s here. I was supposed to have an EMDR appointment but it got pushed back to sometime in May. Sometime I feel like I m going crazy. I stay quiet and to myself because that is what I have taught myself. Everyday I m not sure if my husband will be in a good mood or bad one and it frustrates me.
