Well, I went to the Psychiatrist yesterday. Before that, I was having this huge breakdown. Probably like..a really, really intense panic attack. I m not even sure if I can pin point the reason. Total dread. It was almost as if I was like an animal in shock, I just sat there, frozen, weeping and hyperventilating for a long time. I m actually surprised I didn t pass out. Anyway, I put my big kid pants on, brushed my teeth, and bused to the clinic for my appointment. Blah blah, interview... First Day On Prozac
