Hey Everyone. I am new to this community. I was diagnosed with c-ptsd two years ago and was doing as well as can be expected given my symptoms. I was actually at a place where I was genuinely happy with my life. But, recently I have been sent back into the town where I am the most triggered, my home town. And it seems I have had a relapse in symptoms. Vomiting, sweating, migraines, crying, anxiety, immense fear and insecurity. I am wondering if it is normal to feel like you are right back at...
