Coworker Conflict

I work for a mental health agency and I had to report a coworker to Human Resources. She couldn t talk to anyone without dropping the f-bomb. She would mock other coworkers and clients. She would be so loud that I would have to plug my ear while on the phone with clients, sometimes having to put them on hold to ask her to quiet down.
