Just curious if people have night terrors from PTSD without having any amnesia? I get night terrors and I also have periods of trauma that I can t yet recall so my assumption was this is my minds way of having ptsd related nightmare of unprocessed/unintegrated material. Does this seem like a correct assumption? For those with full Memory of your trauma, do you have night terrors or nightmares? Or both?
