Starting Emdr For Complex Ptsd (mild Brain Injury)

So it feels weird to say I have c-PTSD but my therapist says yes. Been chronically ill for 13 years but only diagnosed for 11. For 2 years arrogant doctors belittled me, misdiagnosed me, and told me my symptoms were in my head. To this day, if I need to go to the hospital doctors treat me like an alien with 2 heads and then criticize my treatment protocols because according to them...I can t possibly still be sick...my specialist must be a quack, etc. I have been in ICU with complete organ...
