So I have no idea what s happening to me, I think I was raped 2 years ago (never said no or fought him but was severely Depressed, have anorexia, drunk, scared, vulnerable and didn t want to but was paralysed with fear) and recently I ve been having Flashbacks Nightmares when I can sleep (rarely) Panic attacks Fear of men Even worse social Anxiety and Depression And I just can t stop thinking about it.. . Idk if it s normal but sometimes I can deal what I felt like, him touching me,... Please Help Is This Ptsd
