Hi, Ive Been Lurking For A While. Thought It Was Time To Introduce Myself.

I ve been debating on whether or not it was appropriate to make this thread, but the more I think about it, the more I think it could be fun. My purpose: I wanted to create a space where we can share some of the songs we relate to in terms of PTSD/our experiences and struggles with circumstances/Depression/related symptoms, and, yes, even songs that have given us hope and strength!
