I m reading Trauma & Memory: Brain and Body in Search for the Living Past by Peter A. Levine, PhD. (Quotes below are from this book.) He is the developer of Somatic Experiencing. I find it difficult to accept his reasoning because when he states something, he uses that statement to launch onto a new concept without explaining the process.
