Hi everyone. My therapist has mentioned to me that I should try art therapy. There was a group who did it but they re waiting to find out if they re still getting the funding this year or not. Because of this, my therapist suggested that I could do it with her during my sessions until the group has a final answer. For the past two weeks I ve been trying to find different activities that we could do but I haven t found any that are jumping out at me so to speak. I was wondering if anyone on... Art Therapy
