Does any have any tips on acceptance? I am about to begin on some more therapy but I feel that until I am able to accept and sit more comfortably with what happened I am going to carry on denying and diminishing it as that feels easier, safer and far less painful to me. I really want to make the most of the time with my therapist and don t want to feel as though I am holding myself back. It really feels like this is a massive stumbling block but if I can get past this everything will fall... Acceptance
