I am alone and isolated (hardly any received phone calls and little physical contacts with people). I do not know how to break out of this. I am exhausted (typing is challenging) as I deal with PTSD, dissociative issues and physical injuries/disabilities. Stigma is another issue and this adds to isolation and "shutting up"; remaining in silence: court ordered name suppression as the survivor of a relatively rare crime (and related nine year court battles), the loss of day to day care of my...
