I think my worst symptom now is the inability to concentrate. I can t even sit through a half-hour TV show or a half inning of a baseball game, which I kind of enjoy. I get completely overwhelmed and dizzy and have to lie down for awhile. I used to be able to read for hours on end, and now I can t read more than a page or two at a time. I mean, I have a Master s in English lit! But that was more than 20 years ago, and the PTSD hit about 12 years ago. Is this a common problem with PTSD?... Practically No Concentration Ability -- Brainwave Optimization?
