Is it normal for a T to encourage anger... like "mad as hell anger" towards the people who hurt me? I m supposed to do homework and write down 10 things that make me "mad as hell". I have no problem with the wording but I don t think there are 10 things and I don t know if that s exactly healthy. Granted I have anger that comes out inappropriately/ misguided and maybe she wants me to identify things that make me feel like that to see if they link back to my traumas and I can redirect the... Encouraging Anger.
