Using Accomodations

I HAVE accommodations. They are on file with the university where I work. I can ask for them. I have one that I use daily: a service animal. I NEED to stay home. I need to be able to work from home for a while. This is an accommodation available to me. They just hired a new department head. He s seen my service animal and is accepting of that and hasn t ASKED any questions about why I need him or hell, even what he does for me. I don t know how to say I need this other accommodation right... Using Accomodations
