I struggle at work I find even the most low level negativity soul destroyingly crushing I know the world cant be a lovely place all the time I wish it all did not get me down so much. at least I have this website now so I don t feel like I am doing it all by myself. I am just reflecting on why negativity sucks the life so quickly out of PTSD sufferers more than the average person.
