I witnessed something scary today, a lady was in her vehicle with her children as she was slammed into from another car on purpose. She was in a school parking lot. ..something similar happened to my Mom as i watched as a kid...now i keep trying to fall asleep but keep dreaming about car wrecks. How to ground myself at night when i am tired is my next challenge. I am trying real hard to avoid a flash back, but the nightmares I can t contrrol.
