Mods, if this is in the wrong place, please move - I looked at all the categories and this seemed to suit best. Thanks! I suck at exercising. I get bored too quickly to ride an exercise bike or elliptical, even if I do it while reading. I don t like walking outside, and I can t fathom the job behind running. (Not against anyone who does it, just haven t wrapped my mind around it yet.) So. I m trying to find ways to get my ass in gear and move, on the theory that exercise is a tool...
