Hey there- I m a nearly 40 year old mama of pretty super twin boys, wife to an amazing woman, and survivor of childhood physical and emotional Abuse as well as witness to domestic violence for nearly 2 decades until I could get out. My life is pretty great, truly. I ve worked hard to regulate the Anxiety that can sometimes overwhelm me, I have a great job. I have done the hard work of trauma recovery since I was in my twenties.
