War

As some of you may recall, I moved to Ukraine recently to cover the conflict here. I spent several weeks in Kiev and now two days in the actual conflict area. In the past two days, I have been shot at by snipers, spent a day embedded with fighters, got detained by drunken rebels and spent 10-hours walking over mined roads in a destroyed village to get to the trapped residents. I am deeply proud of myself for doing this. There were a lot of moments when I had to fight every fiber of my being... War
