I am now in the process of weaning off the Pristiq, I have to cut down to one a day for four days then one every alternate day. In the meantime, I am on Mirtazapine Solutab 15 mg which makes me drowsy. I have to be on that for the four days. Then I start a new medication, well it s new in this part of the world.
