Thoughts Of Having A Dog

I like dogs. If ever I see one being walked, I ask if I can say hello to the dog and pet it. I would like to have a dog one day. I wouldn t want to go into the thick of things and own a dog right away. I don t know really what it entails to have a dog. I was wondering if those who own dogs/ have owned dogs would be willing to have a conversation with me on that subject. Thanks, LD
