Prompt To Update Contact Details... But The Email Is Correct

Okay so... on log in I get: "Attempts to send emails to XXXXXXX@XXXXXXX.XXX have failed. Please update your email. Update your contact details" I did not need to update as I only have one email and it is listed correctly... but several times I have keyed in my password and clicked "save changes". I did though unsubscribe (I thought) from the newsletter at this time so as to limit my reading on forums or sub forums except for those in member areas. I guess because... Prompt To Update Contact Details... But The Email Is Correct
