Greetings

Forgive my short introduction. I am a male sexual abuse survivor, the abuse was perpetrated in my youth by a trusted coach. I am presently in therapy, but attempting to learn how to live a more "functional" life, as I am presently in a down period. Apart for that, I am engaged to a wonderful woman who goes out of her way to assist me during these periods, and I would like to learn how to support her in what will be a down period for her (her grandmother currently has alzheimers).
