I m not sure how to start this out except to say I found this site while asking Google if I m weird for sleeping with a stuffed animal at 36 years of age. I was diagnosed with ptsd about 7 years ago, I do not have ptsd due to being in the military, so I am sure you can imagine why I struggle with it.
