MyPTSD will be releasing an official monthly newsletter early this year. The newsletters first year is about finding what works, what doesn t, and a process of evolution to build a stable, quality PTSD based newsletter. As some may have noticed, there is now a submission process available for members and guests to utilise in submitting content and suggestions for publication.
