I am back on the site because it helped me before. I lost my way for a while and was listening to the things in my head and believing them. I have been in trauma therapy for a couple of years. The therapy and situations that were going on in my life started things spinning in my head. The more I pressed the worse things got. Until I finally gave in and went back to drugs to stop the madness in my head. It stopped the madness but then I was back using drugs. I had lost all hope of ever getting... Finding My Way Back
