So much of our lives are focused on how we feel at a certain time. Our symptoms, our relationships, friendships and jobs. How we are going to cope from one day to the next. We get caught up in flashbacks, anxiety attacks, eating disorders, medications, and just trying to survive the day without going completely insane....
