hi all served 2 tours in iraq from 03 to 06. had/am in therapy, on 15 mg cipralex/day, tried ativan till it stopped working, been on sleeping pils in the past. ive made tremendous progress in my ptsd over the past few years, mostly with the help of meditation and studying zen, but i m still dealing with panic attacks and recurring nightmares to the point where its interfering with my job and ive had my hours cut down drastically just due to missing so much work. just frustrated and want to be...
