Its All About Choices

I ve been thinking about starting this thread for a long time, but was uncertain as how to word it. The most important thing to keep in mind as you read this thread, is that "choices" is plural and it isn t just one "choice" that leads to recovery, but a series that can make things better. There are those members who believe that based upon their own mental state at this point in time that they have no choice. Depression can do that and I understand as I have been there myself.
