I was at the gym today and got a snapchat from my rapist. I haven t talked to him in over a year and was really triggered and confused seeing his face again. In a disassociative episode I went to his house to confront him. When I got close, I called a friend and told him what was going on, and to call the police if he hadn t heard from me in an hour (I didn t know what was gonna happen).
